Pollinate is a full-service creative agency based in downtown Portland. Our clients recognize us as a marketing and advertising engine, powered by adaptability and creativity. We're seeking a Media Coordinator to join our Media Team. The right candidate for this position has experience working within an agency media team and is eager to advance their paid media strategy skillset. As an integrated team, we work across the media mix (TV, OTT/CTV, Radio, Digital Audio, Out of Home, Print, Paid Social, Digital Display, Rich Media, Native, Endemic, Paid Search and more) to best support client and campaign objectives. This role will have the opportunity to participate in planning, buying, self-service platform oversight, asset coordination, and data/insights reporting.

We're hoping to fill this position with a team player who is passionate about advertising and the ever evolving media landscape, specifically when it comes to emerging media trends, consumer data and campaign analytics.

This position will learn the skillsets to advanced to a paid Media Planner and while you will collaborate with our creative team, this position does not include any creative design, development or copywriting.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Responsibilities:

  • Assist with media strategy based on solid rationale, recommendations and optimizations to improve campaign performance
  • Communicate directly with media vendors for planning, buying, campaign implementation, optimizing and financial reconciliation purposes
  • Draft campaign buy authorizations and vendor insertion orders
  • Monitor and oversee self-service media and ad trafficking platforms
  • Work with internal and external partners and clients to define KPIs, tracking methodologies and depth of reporting
  • Navigate basic reporting platforms
  • Become familiar with Google Tag Manager and pixel matrixes

  • Develop proficiency with: Keynote, Strata Buying Software, Self-Service Platforms, Trafficking/Monitoring/Brand Safety Platforms, etc.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and enjoy working with multiple clients accounts
  • Be resourceful, proactive, organized, autonomous and a self starter in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and develop the ability to present
  • Exhibit interest, enthusiasm and eagerness to establish a career in media and/or analytics
